Nearly all living alumni associate their undergraduate Sigma Chi experience at Iowa State University with the current facility. The board is faced with the challenge of providing a competitive, up-to-date, and safe facility. This reconstruction of the Chapter House will not only serve the immediate needs of our undergraduate brothers, but will also restore Beta Omicron to top condition for future Sigma Chi members. A successful fundraising campaign will allow these improvements:
