With multiple Greek Chapters at Kansas State University building new or making major improvements to their houses, the Alpha Omega Chapter of Pi Kappa Alpha developed a project to allow its members to live in a first-class, state-of-the-art facility that meets their academic and social needs. This objective was achieved through a capital fundraising campaign by providing ample study space and a more competitive physical structure for attracting quality young men.
