Through careful study, assessment, and planning, the housing corporation for Phi Kappa Psi at the University of Nebraska determined that modernizing the existing chapter through a successful fundraising campaign was necessary. The emphasis of the project will be on providing necessary renovations to the infrastructure of the house. In all areas, the architect has been instructed to address mandatory building and fire code requirements.
