A new chapter house will serve as the living and learning center for future Phi Delta Thetas at the University of Alabama, and as a proud symbol of their vision of excellence. Fraternity engagement, and ensuring the members’ academic and recruiting success must be top priorities for alumni and undergraduates.
A new era for the Alabama Alpha Chapter and the University of Alabama has begun. In an effort to expand Bryant-Denny Stadium and its surrounding area, the University has been relocating all fraternities to the south of University Boulevard. The Alabama Alpha House Corporation established a building committee, conducted a feasibility study, and has spent the past three years working with the University to secure a new lot and develop a plan for this relocation.
