The Zeta Gamma House Corporation and architectural committee have developed a solid plan to address the long-term viability of the Kappa Delta experience at the University of Arkansas. Through careful study, assessment, and planning, it has been determined that a major housing project is necessary, and they must invest in the home to meet the needs of today’s students. Working with WER Architects/Planners, the Zeta Gamma House Corporation has developed a tactical approach to their future.

More than double the square footage of the house (currently 17,000 sq. ft.)

Increase the number of women who can live in the house from 71 to over 90

New chapter room to seat a minimum of 350 women

Increase dining space for the growing membership

Update and expand the kitchen and snack kitchen, including all new appliances and equipment
