Built in 1927, the Alpha Nu chapter house has been a part of Alpha Chi Omega’s legacy at the University of Missouri for 85 years and was showing its age. Modernization through a sorority fundraising campaign was needed to create a home that is welcoming and representative of its strong membership. It became clear that major investment in the chapter house was in order.

Redecorated first floor living room, den, and sitting room

Installed a deck addition on south side of the house

Expanded and remodeled dining room

Expanded lower level to add additional study areas, restrooms, and a project room

Relocated staircase to basement

Updated the second and third floor bedrooms and bathrooms and purchased new bedroom furniture
